基于旋转轴向阵列的风扇宽频噪声实验

航空发动机降噪研究迫切需要一种叶轮机械管道内宽频噪声测量方法来指导降噪设计。本文通过对阵列测量的声压信号进行互相关分析,得到管道内顺流和逆流传播的模态声功率结果。安装在风扇实验台进口段的传声器阵列由2排周向间隔180°的轴向阵列组成,每排阵列有14个等间距的传声器。阵列安装在可周向旋转的测量段上,实验中测量段每隔6°旋转一次,共获得840个测点位置的声场信号。结果表明入射波与反射波最大可相差10dB。模态分解结果表明,转静干涉模态是转子通过频率及其谐频处的主导模态。利用不同参考信号计算出的声场结果相同,说明该实验测试方法对参考信号位置没有特殊要求,进一步说明该方法有很好的适用性。     

Evaluation of tensile properties of a compositemetal joint with a novel metal insert design by experimental and numerical methods

Composite-metal joints with a metal insert are one kind of connecting structure.In this paper,tensile experimental tests were carried out to investigate tensile properties of a composite metal joint with a novel metal insert design.Finite element models of the joint were established,and strain distribution and tensile strength were analyzed.The numerical results are in good agree ment with the experimental results.Results show that the joint failure is dominated by shear properties of the resin layer.Increasing the resin layer thickness in a certain range will improve the tensile strength of the joint,while increasing the radius of the fillet on the ending side of the metal insert will decrease the joint strength.Increasing the resin layer plasticity will improve the joint strength.The effect of the embedded depth of the metal insert can be ignored.     

基于Hyperworks的航空机轮模态分析

为了得到整体航空机轮的主要振型及频率,本文采用CATIA、Hyperworks建立了机轮刹车一体化模型。结果表明机轮中轮毂、刹车盘、刹车壳体中存在轴向、径向等横向振动,以及垂直于轴向的弯曲振动。本文使用Hypermesh划分了机轮的高质量网格,采用RBE2单元进行接触建模。利用Opti Struct模块进行模态分析,得到机轮的前10阶模态振型。阐明了固有频率、振型和激振力对机轮刹车效率、结构强度刚度等的影响。

航空维修工程训练全程评估模式的研究

在现行航空工程机务维修考核评分标准的基础上,应用CDIO的工程教育理念,结合航空维修的特点,提出了对训练的全过程进行指导、记录、考核、评估的航空维修工程训练全程考核评估标准模式,应用于维修基础实习、系统实习、维修工程实习中,取得了良好的成效。     

Adaptive sliding mode control of the A-axis used for blisk manufacturing

As a key assembly in the 5-axis CNC machine tools, positioning precision of the A-axis directly affects the machining accuracy and surface quality of the parts. First of all, mechanical structure and control system of the A-axis are designed. Then, considering the influence of nonlin- ear friction, backlash, unmodeled dynamics, uncertain cutting force and other external disturbance on the control precision of the A-axis, an adaptive sliding mode control （ASMC） based on extended state observer （ESO） is proposed. ESO is employed to estimate the state variables of the unknown system and an adaptive law is adopted to compensate for the input dead-zone caused by friction, backlash and other nonlinear characteristics. Finally, stability of the closed-loop system is guaran- teed by the Lyapunov theory. Positioning experiments illustrate the perfect estimation of ESO and the stronger anti-interference and robustness of ASMC, which can improve the control precision of the A-axis by about 40 times. Processing experiments show that the ASMC can reduce the waviness, averaKe error and roughness of the nrocessed surface by 35.63%, 31.31% and 30.35%, respectively.     

基于原理的飞机机载系统故障诊断技术研究

以飞机系统设计原理为出发点,依据某支线飞机机载系统功能组成,分析各组成部件的失效模式和部件间失效影响模式,并进一步得到可能的故障征兆或故障现象;结合飞机维修类手册和历史维护案例数据,建立了有助于飞机排故支持及维修任务决策的辅助诊断系统。     

载人小行星探测的飞行模式简

基于载人小行星探测的任务背景,根据其基本的飞行阶段及任务特点,对其探测任务的飞行模式进行分析,其中包括探测器逃逸地球的飞行方式、小行星表面探测方式、返回与再入的飞行方式,重点研究小行星表面探测方式.对运载能力、技术难度、探测器质量规模进行了分析与比较,得出基于着陆对接口概念的近地＋对接着陆＋直接再入的较优的飞行模式,并将该模式进一步划分为9个飞行节点及6个主要飞行阶段,对其飞行过程进行了详细的描述.     

民用飞机发动机备份控制工作模式设计考虑

阐述了当发动机无法正常接收来自飞机的大气数据时,设计发动机备份控制工作模式的几种考虑,并详述了波音787和A380的发动机备份控制工作模式方案,提供了一种新设计的发动机备份控制工作模式方案。     

动力学参数对倾转旋翼机气弹稳定性的影响研究

在建立倾转旋翼机飞机模式和直升机模式下的旋翼/短舱/机翼系统耦合气弹动力学分析模型的基础上,分析了倾转旋翼、机翼动力学参数对倾转旋翼机气弹稳定性的影响,得到了不同动力学参数对前飞时回转颤振速度和悬停时模态阻尼的影响曲线,对于倾转旋翼机动力学设计具有理论指导意义.
